Frank B. Rosenacker Co., LPA was founded by Frank Rosenacker in 1993 on the premise to let us help your family in their time of need. No matter what from estate planning and probate administration, to business organization and tax laws. The staff at Rosenacker Law Office is able to help with all of these complex issues.

I’ve had the wonderful opportunity to balance a family-filled personal life along with my professional life. Every calling I have had the good fortune to “undertake” has and continues to be family oriented. I started my career as a funeral director/embalmer with my family’s funeral business, now in its 113th year of operation, caring for those in a time of need. When I decided to go to law school, I taught at the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science, nurturing entry-level students to serve families in need. My military career opened my eyes to an Air Force family and to all of us lucky enough to call ourselves US citizens. I then came back to funeral service, first with Trust 100, a company dedicated to keeping independent family-owned funeral homes operational and profitable. For the last 27 years I have owned and operated Rosenacker & Associates and Frank B. Rosenacker Co., LPA. I do not foresee me firing myself, so I am here for the duration. There are 19 of us working together to better serve our clients, to help them with both their families and the families the serve. I have 3 individuals with me for over 20 years, two of which are over 25. Simply Stated, we are family.
What is so unique is that R&A exclusively serves the funeral professional with licensed funeral directors, lawyers, CPA’s, enrolled agents, tax experts, management, and account executives. This is how we have developed our continuum of services: Accounting – Tax – Management – Legal – Transition. No matter what the issue is, our company and staff can solve it. We are here for you.
I thank my wife, Liz, my children, my grandchildren, my great grandchildren, my family of colleagues, and my family of clients for making me the luckiest person alive. I am truly blessed.
